E-bike Experience

Gentle hills, UNESCO landscapes, low-traffic roads: Langhe Monferrato Roero is the ideal mix for a cycling experience. It's even easier thanks to the e-bike routes between the Barolo Langa and the Alta Langa: map, downloadable gpx, interconnections between routes, indication of charging stations and points of interest, for a slow tour to be fully enjoyed.

Routes of BuonVivere

Alta Langa Bianco

As white as the cheese produced on these hills, this 52 km long trail will take us by the hand into the deepest Alta Langa. Amidst woods, pastures and breathtaking views, you ride from village to village, past centuries-old chapels, castles perched on hilltops and little gems you might not expect.  In Levice the route joins the Alta Langa Verde trail, while from Mombarcaro you can reach Paroldo and, from there, venture into the Langa Cebana, among lavender fields and hills overlooking the mountains.

Routes of BuonVivere

Alta Langa verde

As green as the woods in which you ride, this 56 km route takes you on a discovery of the Alta Langa. We are in the homeland of the hazelnut, the Tonda Gentile di Langa (Round Hazelnut of the Langhe), the queen of every menu here. Hazelnut groves run alongside, low-traffic roads that take you to small villages, architectural gems where ancient and modern styles merge together, sea air that comes from the neighbouring Liguria. An immersive experience to help you regenerate. In Levice you can join the Alta Langa Bianco trail, in Bosia you can take a detour towards Cossano Belbo, the entry point into the Pavese hills.

Routes of BuonVivere

Barolo Rosso

Barolo Rosso, a loop trail of about 53 km to discover all the colours of wine. The starting point is Alba, with its hundred towers, and, in a few pedal strokes, you will get to the hills. You climb up to the Langa from Roddi and then continue from village to village along roads that offer breathtaking views, castles popping up through the rows of vines, small churches amidst the vineyards, the UNESCO belvedere. The loop ends in Diano d'Alba and then goes back to the city. The trail meets for a short stretch with the Barolo Viola, a loop that is joined in Novello and ends in Castiglione Falletto.

Routes of BuonVivere

Barolo Viola

Barolo Viola, like the nuances of the finest red wines, is a loop trail of about 56 km between the Langa del Vino and the Alta Langa. For a segment it overlaps the Barolo Rosso trail. The starting point is Barolo, with its castle, and then on to the villages of the Langa, which are kept like jewels, auditoriums in which to enjoy music in the open air, and low-traffic roads dotted with farmhouses. Next, the trail continues towards the upper lands, where the first watchtowers can be spotted, and returns through the vineyards to Castiglione Falletto. In Albaretto della Torre you can join the Alta Langa Verde trail.

Alta Langa Bianco

Routes of BuonVivere

Alta Langa Rosso

Routes of BuonVivere

Alta Langa Viola
